THE PEACE PROJECT
I was inspired to create The Peace Project soon after the sudden passing of my dad. I remember one of my last conversations with him. We were talking about life stuff, and some of the changes I was hoping to make. He could tell I was a little heavy hearted and he encouraged me saying things can change really fast and when we least expect it, that we should treat each day like it's our birthday and be happy just to be alive. He advised me to keep things simple and said "Just sing Baby. I just want you to sing." So here is my LOVE GIFT to you Dad, for all the laughs, the new experiences, your proud support and the opportunities you worked so hard to ALWAYS provide to me and our family. I'm missing you so much, but I'm so FULL OF JOY that you are with Jesus and that WE'LL ALL SEE EACH OTHER AGAIN someday.
For everyone else, these songs are a WORK OF LOVE that with all my heart are intended to begin the process of wiping away any negative thoughts you have about yourself. My hope is that listening to these songs will change your inner narrative, that deepest opinion that you hold of yourself, so that it lines up with WHO GOD SAYS YOU ARE. God loves us so entirely and completely, regardless of what we do and where we come from. When we are finally able to accept this truth and to receive His love, we will have PERFECT PEACE. I pray this happens for you as it has for me.
